FAQ

Everything about ordering custom foam fingers — and if your question isn’t here, just call or text us.

Ordering

What's the minimum order?
Our minimum is 100 pieces for standard screen-printed foam fingers. Smaller keepsake runs can be quoted case by case, and custom die-cut shapes start at 250.
Is there a maximum order size?
No. We regularly produce runs into the tens of thousands for stadium-wide giveaways and national tours.
Can I order a sample before a bulk run?
Yes. We can produce a pre-production proof so you can approve the physical piece before we run the full order — ask us for terms when you request your quote.
Can I mix products or styles in one order?
Yes. You can combine styles — say a Classic #1 for the giveaway and Minis for the kids — and the combined volume counts toward your price tier.
Can I reorder later and match my last batch?
Yes. We keep your artwork, foam colors, and any custom die on file, so reorders match your previous run exactly and move faster.

Design & Artwork

Do you charge for mockups?
No. Mockups are free with unlimited revisions until you approve. You only pay once the design is signed off and production begins.
What artwork files do you need?
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF) are ideal. If you only have a photo or a PNG, our designers will recreate your logo print-ready at no charge.
I don't have a logo — can you help?
Yes. Send a reference — a photo, a sketch, or even a description — and our designers will build print-ready artwork for you.
Can you match my brand (Pantone) colors?
Yes. We offer custom Pantone matching on both foam color and print so your foam fingers match your brand exactly.
Can you individually personalize each foam finger?
Yes for larger custom projects — send a spreadsheet of names or numbers. This is popular for teams and rosters; ask about setup for variable printing.
How many revisions do I get?
Unlimited, and always free, until you approve the mockup.

Production & Shipping

How long does production take?
About three weeks from approved mockup for standard styles, and three to four weeks for a new custom die-cut shape.
Do you offer rush production?
Yes. Rush is available for firm event deadlines — tell us your in-hands date and we’ll confirm what’s possible.
Where do you ship?
Nationwide across the U.S., and internationally on request. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is quoted with your order based on quantity and destination. Larger, lighter foam orders are very economical to ship.
Can you ship to multiple addresses?
Yes. Provide a distribution list with your order and we’ll split the shipment across locations.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
We make it right. If an order arrives defective or does not match your approved mockup, we remake or replace the affected items.

Pricing & Payment

How much do foam fingers cost?
Bulk pricing is by quote; typical ranges run from about $1.20 to $4.50 per unit at minimum quantities, improving as the run grows. Each product page shows its range.
Why don't you list exact prices?
Price depends on quantity, style, foam color, and decoration method. A quote is the only accurate number — and we return one within a business day.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, ACH bank transfer, and purchase orders for established organizations and institutions.
Do you offer a price-match or lowest-price guarantee?
Yes. If you have a comparable written quote, we’ll match or beat it — that’s our lowest-price guarantee.

Product & Care

What colors and finishes are available?
Foam is available in Red, Royal Blue, Navy, Black, White, Kelly Green, Orange, Purple, Yellow, and Pink, with custom Pantone matching on request.
Is the printing really permanent?
Yes. Our screen-printing ink bonds into the foam rather than sitting on top, so it won’t crack or peel through a full season of waving.
What are the foam fingers made of?
High-density polyurethane foam — durable enough to hold its shape through hours of use, and soft and safe to handle.
How do I care for them?
Spot-clean with a damp cloth. The foam and print are water-resistant, but avoid soaking or machine washing to keep the shape crisp.
